Terms and Conditions for Participating at Educational Initiatives with Egypt Scholars Inc.

Educational initiatives at Egypt Scholars Inc. include, but not limited to, webinars, seminars, and courses owned and organized partially or totally by Egypt Scholars Inc.

By participating in educational initiatives with Egypt Scholars Inc, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A. You have been informed that Egypt Scholars Inc is capturing footage and that your name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and/or performance is being recorded and made part of the recording in which you appear.

B. You grant Egypt Scholars Inc and its designees the right to use the materials you participated within any format, now known or later developed. You grant, without limitation, the right to edit, mix or duplicate and use or re-use those materials in whole or in parts as Egypt Scholars Inc. may elect. Egypt Scholars Inc. or its designees have complete ownership of these materials, including copyright interests.

C. You grant Egypt Scholars Inc and its designees the right to broadcast, exhibit, market and otherwise distribute the materials, in whole or in parts, and alone or with other products, for any purpose Egypt Scholars Inc. or its designees determine. This grant includes the right to use the materials for promoting or publicizing.

D. Egypt Scholars Inc has no financial commitment or obligations to you as a result of this agreement.

E. You have read, understand and agree to all of the above and that the rights granted Egypt Scholars Inc herein are perpetual and worldwide.
