HR Positions available
We are looking for volunteers who can work on the following:
Developing HR processes
This job involves creating standardized processes for the different HR functions at Egypt Scholars and ensuring their consistency.
Establishing HR functions
This job involves implementing and testing the developed HR processes and ensuring the effectiveness of different function including recruitment, selection, training and development, performance management…etc.
Performing HR activities
This job involves working on HR activities that lead to proper implementation of HR strategies.
Qualifications, Requirements, and Application
Qualifications and Requirements
- A current/previous practical HR experience.
- A degree in HR is preferable.
- Good command of English.
- Self-motivated.
